I've been counting the days to go to bootcamp. Since october last year. I leave August 24th for MCRD Paris Island, SC. I don't get online hardly ever anymore, I spend most of my time with my friends while I still can. I've been through alot the past few years, and I shared much of it with the...
Construction is always iffy, especially new construction. Like the aforementioned posts state, housing is in a slump. I work for my cousin periodically as an electrician, he does strictly new housing. This year has been pretty hard on him. Yeah he might be doing well now but who knows in a...
Ebay is the worst place you can possibly buy popular things like electronics and collectibles. People think it's secure, but it really isn't in the least bit. People with 100% feedback can rip you off. I always buy used items directly from a person via a message board or locally. I'm sure you...
I have come to expect these sorts of days. And here's why. Every day your able to wake up, and your given another day, its a gift. But its not always going to hand you something you want, theres going to be a lot of negativity and whether its with your family, your friends, just your self in...
I'm actually fairly skinny. People think I weight about 175, then I tell them 220 :P
But I am 6' 4".
As for being too skinny, there is a limit IMO. I should not be able to see bone and the like. It doesn't appear healthy. There's a certain BMI that's desired for a persons height.
I'm taking AP Biology now, equivalent to two semesters of biology at most schools. Sucks alot. Fortunately me I'm on the reverse. I don't understand the labs and some of the material, but I demolish tests and quizzes...
So I recently took out my gecko to help her get some unshed skin off her leg and head, and I noticed in the front of here eyes, there's a solid white coloration. It either has to be unshed skin stuck in there, or an eye infection.
Thoughts and ideas?
China poses a bigger threat than military might, they control our economy. If they decide to hate us, they can ban our companies from operating there, and then we are in a serious situation.
We entered Iraq under false pretenses anyways. What happened to all the WMD's that were supposedly stuffed down every rat hole from Basrah to Baghdad?
None of this is really the point though. The topic was created about Iran and future activities that may or may not go on there. I heard...
I don't have alot of time right now, but I will say this.
Bush and many of his friends do have investments in over seas oil operations, including the middle east.
One of the primary reasons that leads me to believe an invasion of SOME sort in Iran is inevitable is some intelligence that has pointed to supplies coming from Iran aiding militant groups in Iraq. I doubt it's anything solid, but it's probable. The Aeitola hates the U.S., so of course he's...
How many of you think that putting feet on the ground in Iran is inevitable? I had this same discussion on another discussion board. I think that it will happen eventually.
I think that if, IF, the US does go in and they do want to be successful, it cannot be handled the same way as Iraq...
Thank you John.
Jesse, I've already gotten to meet a few guys who are joining. I love it, the Delayed Entry Program allows me to meet fellow Poolie's in my area and they're good guys. None of them are there for education or handouts.
I see an awful lot of hypocrisy here. Somehow, if it was a rat, it would've been ok. However, since it was a gecko, everyones in an uproar. It's only because you share a common love for the animals. I love them too, but I'm not going to put them up on a pedastal and undermine the lives of...
