Hi so I got a hovabator for leopard gecko eggs should I dump water in the bottom.Where should I poke holes in the deli cup. Lastly how often should I spray inside the deli cup and how should I do this do I take the eggs out.my first clutch shriveled you and died and they are good eggs the incubator kept drying out the substrate so I bought a hovabator.

What substrate are you putting the eggs in? Whatever it is, find out the proper degree of moisture (for example, if you're using perlite, check this website for the instructions: http://www.albeysreptiles.com/incubate-eggs.htm).
Consider getting a better thermostat for the Hobovator. Find a proportional thermostat. Unfortunately, it may cost you $100. If that's too steep, see how things go with what you have.
Put the substrate with the proper amount of moisture in the deli cup. Put the eggs in the deli cup, about half buried in substrate.
Don't put any holes in the deli cups and don't put water at the bottom of the incubator. Every week or so, open the deli cup for about 30 seconds for air exchange. With this method you shouldn't have to spray at all.
When I was breeding geckos I used a special container where the eggs are suspended above the substrate (http://www.simcontainer.com/home.html). I think they have a special thing to add if you have a hobovator due to the way that incubator heats.

Good luck.
