My season is starting out OK. One of the eggs out of the first clutch went bad earlier on. The first hatchling for the year (the remaining egg from that clutch) is a lovely possible Giant/Super Giant solid-eyed Raptor :). I've had 3-4 bad eggs or slugs so far. I've gotten about 40+ eggs (?)...
I feed the occassional pinky to my breeding/laying females when they are losing a little more weight than I am comfortable with. I never offer them to my males as I have heard that they can cause gout. My males never lose as much during the breeding season as the females, though, anyway...
Oh, poor Lani! I think your geckos have come together against you! Yucky crickets! lol I agree about the waxies. I generally only use them as an occassional treat, but like you said, I do feed them a little more often to babies and geckos that could stand to gain a little weight. :yes:
