Well make a diagnostics then and try researching to find out the problem. Honestly the information you provided us with dose not give a lot of information for us to answer your question though you did fill out some information. So let me make some kind of chart or some thing and ill ask some questions.
Heating: 80 - 90F
Vitamins: ?
Calcium: Being used.
State of Tail: Skinny, Losing Fat.
Space: 20 Gallon.
Possible Disease's Gecko carries: Crypto?

Now. Heres why my questions come in.
What happened before all of this started?
What have you been feeding her in replacement?
Has here heat been the same before she got sick and after?
Has her food been any bigger in size before she stopped eating? ( Giant Worms,Giant Crickets,Giant Butter Etc )
Hows her water intake been?
Has she gotten Vitamins?
Has her liver looked darker?
Hows her walking?

How long have you had her? How often are you trying to feed her? I tried feeding my fat tail once every 3-4 days with crickets until she finally gave in after almost three months.

Well i just saw the video and WOW. The tail is SO SKINNY. Listen Calcium isn't going to fix any thing, You need Repta aid + Waxworms in to her system though still offer the calcium. Even though she may be stubborn you have to give it to her or she will die. What your doing right now is good but you still need to continue to do the Waxworms and Repta aid, Get a Syringe and fill it with the Solution and make sure she drinks some.

If it's not eating, i'd just recommend leaving the heating pad on and try to give it some repta-aid. Does it drink from the water bowl? When my fat tail wasn't eating, it would drink alot of water.

I have no idea how to help, if she's not feeding, then I have no idea what to do. They will usually eat if they have sufficient heat, esp. belly heat, and if mine aren't eating, I feed them something that moves a bit more, like dubia or crix.

She may have a bacterial infection that is not manifesting itself by any outwardly visible symptoms yet. My sister's snake went off feed for quite a while, but otherwise looked fine. Eventually, he started sloughing scales and we knew it wasn't just a ball-python-being-a-pita thing. Turns out he had a systemic bacterial infection that popped up due to some environmental changes and needed antibiotic injections.

Anyway. just a thought.

i gave her a bath in water and pedialite for 5 mins for 2 days so far and she just ate a butter worm without force feeding her so i guess something was wrong with her valves and soaking in the bath made her valves move again and now she has an apetite. im not feeding a lot only one butter worm ill keep bathing her and slowly give her food and eventually different kinds of food hopefully i can get her pack on her regular feeding schedule

OMG!i had no idea daws i was on the youtube thing and seen your video i never had contact with you since awhile.the tail is crazy skinny and she is skinny herself as for tank and decor everything seems perfect 2 hides a humid hide plants and other decor temps are good and space is great. If its not eating anything repta-aid is a priority!buy a syringue and try to feed it the formula or dab a little bit of it on its nose until the formula runs out of the syringue.Do this everyday.keep the repashy calcium in the tank all the time and try to get her to have some, dont use the calcium+d3 because it can overdose on it.Please keep me and everyone updated on her health.Im so very sorry about your gecko:(

Dawson try this technique im still looking for more information in the mean time do an extreme tank clean out wash everything!Look for a syringue with no needle at the end, go online or to your pets store and buy repta aid and waxworms try waxworms atleast 1 every 2 days for the next week minimum.Keep temps high and you know your small breeding box, place you leo in there and keep extra clean water in tank(change water 3 times per day)Attach your small heat pad to the box and keep temps 85-90F.Im still researching!

Youtube video on someone feeding her gecko with syringue

Feeding your gecko is definetly a priority right now so im looking for possible causes and how to feed her but with out any kind of evidence of something (cage is clean, lots of water, heat, temps are great, etc)But something definetly happened before it stopped eating. Was there maybe something in the water that might of accidentaly fell or drop in?
Or could there have been something on the mealworms that you bought? Can you try and remember what happened 4 motnhs ago?

Is impaction a possible cause. When a leo has impaction it stops eating and pooping after a few days after its been impacted. But i have doubts about this because you have it on paper towel could it be that maybe the leo caught some paper towel in its mouth when hunting down crickets?

It's hard to do a diagnosis over the internet, but from the sounds of it it seems a lot like what my baby Leopard Gecko had. Which was more than likely Cryptosporidiosis. It's a nasty, and very contagious to other Leos, infection. Lots of info on Wiki about it. I know you say you can't find a Vet, but you should spread your search out because it's going to be a bumpy road to health if you don't have some professional help. I hope it isn't Crypto, though, because the mortality rate is pretty high. My baby Leo died. :(

I was thinking crypto as well. That is one very, sad, sick little gecko. I wish you both the best of luck.

(Sorry to hear about yours too, Khenut.)

crytpo?i never even thought of that, i seen what crytpo did to a few leos on a website i don't know much on it but i know its serious im so very sorry to hear about your gecko khenut.Dawson if your leo has this you need to see a vet A.S.A.P There's a vet in sydney out cape breton that does small reptiles if your willing to make the drive it could save your eo's life if not itll be a bumpy ride like khenut said
