What morph is this?

I just found this dude at a Pet store He caught my eye and I thought he looked out of the ordinary but just couldn't tell. What do you all think? It is hard to see but the tail has a splotch of red at the base.

Looks like a dark tangerine possibly hypo if there's less than 10 spots on his back.
If you just got him he should be quarantined away from the other one you have for at least 60-90 days.
Is the other one male or female?

He is male. I didn't buy him, but thought about it simply because he looked weird.
