So we went up to our cabin for the weekend.

A storm had knocked a lot of trees down across the driveway. Here's one of them:

It was pretty cold up there, even though it's almost mid-June. At least the sky was clear though. Here's the moon:

The lake is called Leigh or Lee Lake (depending on which signs/maps you look at) and is 1/2 way between Menomonie and Shawano. It is really beautiful up there, I just wish it didn't take so long to get there (~3 hours) or I'd go more often.


Tere, I take that back. I'll send you a seed and a little styrofoam cup full of dirt so you can grow your own tree. hee hee :main_laugh: That's what you get for making fun of me living in a frozen tundra 6 mos. out of the year when your whole yard is a giant basking spot. lol
