Hi all,
I’ve been wondering for a while now whether leopard gecko eye traits such as Eclipse and Snake Eye affect their sight and field of vision? I’m new to leopard geckos, so I’m sorry if this is a stupid question. It’s just that the pupil looks obviously very different to that of a normal eye and I was wondering whether this may cause sight problems. Is it just that geckos with the Eclipse trait have the same pigment for the rest of their eye as they do for the pupil? So you can't actually see the pupil, but it is still there? What about Snake Eyes?
p.s. This thread is what partially started me thinking about this...

Thanks,
