Can anyone give me a few tips on how to either, make sure that my male allready had bred wity my female, or perhaps a method by which i may be able to entice them to breed. I'm new at this but i've done my research. Still i feel most of the info on the net is incomplete of at least missing details.

Unless witnessed I would say the only way to know for sure would be to get fetile eggs from your female. If the males is not responding to the female he may 1. realize she's not ovulating and she's giving him the NO Way signal, 2. He's just not ready. How old is your male?

Have you noticed any breeding behaviour, i.e. tail rattling, side/neck nipping? We often leave the male in with the female until we get a first clutch, unless one or the other looks like they're losing too much weight.
