Sad loss on a premee...

I lost my first hatchling today. I came home from the petstore today and happened to look into the incubator. I saw a hatchling so i think yippee another one! But when i go to open the container i noticed no movement... nothing. At this point my heart dropped, and when i opened in to the sad truth it slumped even more... Four good hatchling so far and this is the first loss. She was a week premature... one of her limbs wasn't fully developed and you could see the organs through the skin VERY easily... it was quite sad...:worried2:

Awww, man! I'm sorry to hear this. There are a few downsides to breeding geckos, and this is one of them. Just try to be grateful for the nice, fat, healthy ones!
