Gecko Time short response about Rhacs needed

Gecko Time (www.geckotime.com) periodically runs a column where we get a few "experts" to answer questions from our readers. I have one about Rhacs that I'm running next week and am looking for a short reponse to a question. I would need it by 5/15 so it can run on 5/17.
