You know those coil energy saving bulbs? Do they emit any UVA or UVB? They keep my plants alive..
My mom also has lamp with small long skinny bulbs, that have the two prongs on one end, they look like mini UVB lights..
My fire skink has one of those mercury vapor bulbs that emit heat and uvb but I don't think he really basks like a bearded dragon, or comes out into the heat, he mainly stays buried.... so how would he be getting any UVB!?!
