Normal or High Yellow

What is the difference between a normal and a high yellow?
I'm trying to work out whether my girl could be a high yellow.
She has 2 purple bands across her back and her tail is completely purple.
The rest of her is yellow and it is very bright.

A high yellow is just a normal with a darker yellow. Even if it's technically a high yellow, most people just refer to a high yellow as a normal. More or less the same thing.
