Toad Petting! Cute Video!

Saw this on icanhascheezburger.com. He really does look like he's enjoying getting some pettin's, but I know leopard geckos will arch their back if you try to pet them and apparently it's a sign of discomfort. If he didn't like it, wouldn't he jump away?

Either way it's pretty cute. lol

It does look cute, but what he's actually doing is aiming his paratoid or toxin glands on the back of his neck towards his "attacker" Toads are slow movers so its easier to put a bad taste in the mouth of their attacker than to try to flee.

Although yeah he is basically trying to get the petter to leave him alone, that last part where they are petting its lower back.butt area reminds me of my dog when I pet there...'oooo yeah right there yeah...."
