Bran/oats from grocery store?

I am getting tired of driving 20 miles to get bran from a feed store and buying it in bulk online gets expensive. I have heard of you guys getting something from the grocery store for using as bedding for mealworms/supers. What is the best thing that can be bought from a local grocery store? Thanks in advance.

I have been using rolled oats and cheerios blended in the blender and they seem to love it. I have been using it for about 4 months and havent had any problems at all. Hope this helps

I use a mix of wheat bran, 7-grain cereal, and high-quality dog food mixed up in the food processor.

For my superworms i just put them in oats and put half a sweet potato in there and let them have some oat filled fun.

for mealworms i just buy plain old fashioned oat meal. been using it for years (plus carrots and oranges).
