Cant get on chat?!

Ok i downloaded java and still nothing im lost. Went to addonchat website and that doesnt have anything to download. Just kinda gives you codes. what am i missing?

What happens when you click on the chat link? Do you get some sort of error message?

I can't get in thier too it's says that I have to have a password? I don't know what the password is Iam new on here just join like a hour ago can someone tell me what the password is?

I was able to join the general chat. Not all of it is password protected, just select the main chat forum.
