k im thinking about feeding my gecko a pinky ... hes pretty old.. couple years ,do i just let it thaw out and throw it in there ,and does it beef them up a bit ??? thanks

In a baggie in warm water to thaw out quickly, then offer it to him. Might have to move it around with tongs at first to trigger feeding response. Don't buy a zillion of them until you know he'll take the f/t. Don't forget to use calcium supplement, pinkies are low in calcium.

If pinks don't fatten him up, get some wax worms.

Yeah, waxies are loaded with fat, and I have never seen a leo that didnt love them.
It's the human equivalent of chocolat cheesecake with whipped cream!!
